These Terms of Sale apply to all services offered by AstroReloc via the website www.astroreloc.com (“the Website”). By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Legal Entity
The services offered on this Website are provided by AstroReloc, registered under SIRET 44827381300056, based in Annecy, France.

2. Services Offered
AstroReloc provides consultation-based services in the field of astrology and astrocartography. All services are advisory only and non-medical in nature. Delivery is primarily via live Zoom consultations, with the option of in-person sessions in the Geneva region upon request.
AstroReloc also accepts invitations for workshops, events, and corporate collaborations. These must be arranged via direct contact at: info@astroreloc.com

3. Booking and Payment
• All services are paid in full at the time of booking via the online calendar and secure payment processor.
• Payment methods accepted: PayPal (currently) and Stripe (coming soon).
• All payments are processed in Euros (€).
• No bank transfers are accepted unless specifically arranged for clients within the European Union.
• AstroReloc reserves the right to refuse service if payment is made under false identity or without consent from the individual concerned.

4. Identity Verification and Integrity of Booking
AstroReloc reserves the right to request proof of identity (such as a government-issued photo ID) if there are reasonable doubts about the accuracy of the personal information provided during booking.
Consultations made under a false identity, by a third party without the subject’s consent, or with the intent to obtain information under false pretences may be cancelled without refund.
These measures ensure that consultations are carried out ethically and legally, and that the integrity of each session is preserved.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
In compliance with French consumer protection laws (Article L221-18 of the Code de la Consommation), clients may cancel a service within 48 hours of purchase and request a full refund — provided the session has not yet taken place.

After 48 hours, or if the session has already been delivered, no refunds will be granted.

6. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Missed or late appointments (more than 10 minutes) without notice are considered nonrefundable and non-reschedulable.

7. Delivery Format
All consultations are conducted:
• Live via Zoom (you will receive a private link after booking)
• In-person (by special request in Geneva and surrounding areas)
Sessions are not recorded or distributed unless agreed in writing. Follow-up resources or summaries are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the service description.

8. Legal Disclaimer
Astrology is a tool for personal insight and decision support. It does not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make following your session.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, interpretations, documents, and insights shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of AstroReloc.
